Just Ella wouldn’t be complete without a session dedicated to my love of fitness. Staying active isn’t just about health—it’s a way of life. Whether I’m pushing myself in the gym, clocking miles on a scenic run, or challenging my twin brother and dad to fitness sessions, my enthusiasm for physical activity inspires those around me.
My workouts range from strength training and cardio routines to flexibility exercises that improve my gymnastics performance. I thrive on setting goals, smashing personal bests, and experimenting with new techniques. Beyond my own fitness journey, I enjoy training others and helping them discover the joy of movement. My coaching sessions with my family prove that fitness can be both fun and rewarding.
